Issuing certified extracts copies of assessment register

NB:- The registered owner or an attorney at law for him can make request for this.

1. Forward a written application requesting to Issue extracts of assessment register.
2. Obtain the registered details.
3. Compare the request with the recorded details.
4. Change the relevant charges for the certified extracts according to the number of years and recover taxes due (if any).
5. Search for old documents at the record room.
6. Copy old details in the relevant form.
7. Issue the certified extracts.
