Granting approval for sub-division

Services:-

• Develop the city according to proper town planning methods
• Preventing of building up new slums

Procedure followed in providing services:-

1. Submit the completed "A" form obtained on payment.
2. Original survey plan prepared by the licensed surveyor and 03 certified copies of the same should be submitted
3. Copies of survey plan of the land before blocking out
4. Recommendation of the National Building Research Organization (NBRO)
